The Chetwynd Community Arts Council invite you to join us in our GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS attempt!
Most People Painting Blindfolded Simultaneously!!!
This Family friendly event will happen in the District of Chetwynd Rec Center, 4552 North Access rd Chetwynd BC, Canada V0C 1J0, on September 17th 2022 at 3pm Mountain Time. Our GOAL is to have The Most People Painting Simultaneously While Blindfolded! This exciting attempt will be overseen by GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS Official Judge, and with careful prepping and planning the final collaboration will create a larger beautiful painting, that will be installed locally in downtown Chetwynd. As well there will be take-home goodies and a Post-Event Evening Dance for the adults with live music. Coverage of the event by PeaceFM and ChetTV.
*Please come and support our attempt! There will be some people who won't be able to make it from unforeseen circumstances, there may be some last-minute spots to fill to lead to success! If you would like to be added to our cancellation list in case of a spot opening, please call 250.401.1103 ** A Registration fee of $20.00 per person will be refunded upon signing in on day-of event *may be subject to a transaction fee of $2.50. Digital refunds can take 2-3 days. The Chetwynd Community Arts Council issues the refund immediatly upon sign-in ***Any Registration fees that are not collected due to non-attendance will be donated to a local charity to be announced, you will also have the option at sign-in to donate your registration fee to the cause.
Finished pieces will become property of the Chetwynd Community Arts Council and will be permanently displayed in Chetwynd BC.
By participating in this event you are agreeing to a Media Release Agreement where images and video of the attempt will be used in Social Media, Print Media, and a Post Event Production by ChetTV, and will be distributed Publicly to the networks connected.
